To submit a listing, we will require your email address, along with your name, a postal address, telephone number and content for the listing. 

Email/contact us with a request or feedback, we will store your information that is included until we have dealt with your feedback or request.

To enter competitions, we will need your email address, name, phone number and postal address.

We will also collect, store and use your name, email address, telephone number and postal address if you run any business, establishment, club or group which we choose to list and include on our website.  We will only do so when that personal information is already in the public domain and we have a legitimate interest in including it on our website because it is a business, establishment, club or group which is open to members of the public and therefore open to our website users.

Personal information submitted to us via this website or obtained by us will only be used for the purposes we have specified. 

All personal information is stored securely and dealt with in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulations 2018.  Our website and all associated data is hosted on secure servers based in the UK and we use a GDPR-compliant Content Delivery Network.  We also use a GDPR-compliant cloud storage system for other files.

If you enter a competition, prize-draw or other promotion you give us permission to pass on your personal information to any third party prize supplier so that they can contact you should you win the competition, prize-draw or promotion.   Should you not win the competition, prize-draw or promotion your personal information will not be passed on without first obtaining your express consent.
